Your Duties:
- Answer incoming phone lines and take orders
- Take orders and print through our invoice system.
- Build relationship with Customers
- Cheerfully and professionally greet visiting clients
- Manage deliveries and shipments of documents arriving to and leaving from the front desk
- Consistently demonstrate an easy going manner and good client service skills
- Keep track of office supplies.
- Keep the office clean with the help of other co workers; and plan acitivities.
- Update Website, Answer Emails, and help promotions.
This position is full time receptionist coverage, with few (if any) additional duties. Enjoying serving as the first face and first voice to greet the company's clients, on slow and busy days alike, will make this the right position for you.
